Who can participate in this contest?

Anyone from India can participate in the Village Craft Hub Ganesha Painting Competition 2026.

What is the registration fee?

• Ganesha Painting Competition: ₹500

• 📦 Shipping charges are included in the package.

• There are no additional shipping charges for the package covered under the competition fee.

What will I get after registration?

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will:

• Receive a confirmation email

• Get your Unique Contest ID

• Receive a participation e-Certificate after your entry is submitted, verified, and meets the competition requirements.

What do I need to upload?

You need to submit the following:

• 🎨 A clear photo or video of your completed Ganesha artwork

• 🎥 A 30-second to 1-minute 30-second video showcasing your artwork

• 📱 Send the video via WhatsApp from your registered mobile number

⚠️ Submissions from an unregistered number may lead to disqualification.

Can I register more than once?

Each participant can submit one registration per artwork.

⚠️ One Artwork = One Registration. Multiple registrations for the same artwork may result in disqualification.

How will my painting be judged?

Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Judge's Score 60%

• Instagram Views 5%

• Concept & Creativity 35%

When will the winners be announced?

The submission deadline and winner announcement date will be published on the official Village Craft Hub competition website.

Can I use my phone to submit everything?

Yes! You can use your mobile phone to photograph or record your artwork, create your Reel, upload it to Instagram, and submit your entry.

Please ensure that your artwork is clearly visible and the image/video is of good quality.

What happens if I don't upload my entry on time?

Entries that are not submitted before the specified deadline will be considered late and may be disqualified.

We recommend completing your submission well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

Can I edit or change my submission after uploading?

No. Once your entry has been submitted and verified, it will be considered final.

Please carefully check your artwork, Reel, caption, Contest ID, and other required details before submitting.

Why is there a charge to enter the contest?

The competition has a nominal entry fee of ₹500 to encourage genuine participation and help maintain a structured and meaningful competition experience.
